Overview
The project
In a block of flats near Prinzregentenplatz, Munich, the attic apartment was converted and the roof was renewed.
The old tiled roof with sheet metal elements was replaced by a new roof with double standing seam, and 6 new domers were also installed.
Challenges
The tower
One of the biggest challenges was clearly the tower. There were many places where it got tricky.
A little helper comes to the construction site
During the course of the project, the RAU Round Dormer Closer was purchased, which has really paid off and made the work easier.
