Packing instructions
How to send your measuring device easily and securely!
Optimized shipping of your measuring device ensures that it arrives at our factory in perfect condition and that the annual inspection, maintenance or repair can be carried out as quickly as possible. Please follow these easy steps to properly pack and prepare your device:
Step 1: Choose robust packaging
Use a sturdy cardboard box that can safely protect your measuring device. Make sure that the box is large enough to accommodate your device and accessories.

Step 2: Stow the device and accessories safely
Carefully place your measuring device in the box and ensure that it cannot move freely. Use suitable packaging material and filling material to secure the appliance and accessories firmly and to prevent possible impacts during transportation.
Add accessories!
Very important: Remember to also put all the accessories in the box.
(Your WPS radio high pressure sensor or cable, all test adapters, test pieces and hoses are also checked and serviced).


Step 3: Enclose important information
To enable us to process your order as quickly as possible, please enclose the following information on a legible A4 sheet of paper:
Company address / name: your full company address or your name, as well as contact details (telephone number and e-mail address), if available: your customer number with us
Work order: Please indicate whether it is an annual inspection, maintenance or repair. This enables us to carry out the service accordingly.
Precise fault description for repair: Please describe as precisely as possible what problems or defects occur and what we should pay particular attention to.
Serial number of your meter: The serial number is unique to your device and is used for identification. Can't find your serial number? Watch our video: "Where can I find my serial number DPG07?" or "Where can I find my serial number DPG02?".
Date of the next annual audit due: Please enter the date of the next upcoming annual audit. Where can you find the date? You can find information under "When is my next annual audit due?".


Step 4: Shipping
Once you have followed these steps and included all the necessary information, your meter is ready to be shipped.
