V2A stainless steel tools

Our experience is your advantage: The use of RAU stainless steel tools has proven itself for stainless steel sheets up to 0.5 mm. No corrosion discoloration (extraneous rust) due to the same metal sheet/tool materials.

Formation of extraneous rust

  • Extraneous rust also causes pitting corrosion in stainless steel (as with all metals)
  • Abrasion of carbon steel tools (tool steel)
  • Leaving rusting objects lying around

Always use stainless steel tools when working with stainless steel sheets!
