Services and functions
Pressure measuring device for natural gas, water, waste water and
many applications in building installations
- Load and leak test of natural gas pipes (1 bar / 150 hPa) in accordance with TRGI 2018
- Load and leak test of liquefied gas pipes (1 bar / 150 hPa) according to TRF 2021
- Long-term measurement up to 1,000 hPa (1.0 bar), recording of pressure and ambient temperature with freely selectable interval times from 15 sec. to 6 hours with continuous printout
- Usability test at operating pressure 24, 50, 70 and 100 hPa in accordance with TRGI 2018 without determining the pipe volume, leakage measurement certified in accordance with DVGW-G 5952, no additional feed-in device required!
- Leak and stress test of water pipes with air (150 hPa/3 bar) in accordance with DIN EN 806-4 (with external pressure sensor WPS; optional)
- Leak test of water pipes with water as the medium (0.3 to 20 bar or 0.03 to 2 MPa) in accordance with DIN EN 806-4 (with ext. WPS; optional)
- Testing of heating systems and solar systems in accordance with DIN 18380 (with external WPS; optional)
- Final inspection of water pipes after final assembly (with external WPS and FGP; optional)
- Leak test of wastewater pipes (100 hPa) according to DIN EN 1610, test method LC
- Flow pressure measurement up to 300 hPa accurate to 0.1 hPa
- Negative pressure measurement down to - 300 hPa
- Built-in dot matrix printer to print out measurement data on site in document quality
- Built-in mini-compressor up to max. 1 bar (0.1 MPa)

Application
Leak and load testing on pipes up to 20 bar: Leak and stress test of drinking water installations, heating and solar systems with compressed air, inert gas or water. Long-term measurements with freely selectable interval time. Even inadequate locations and long distances are possible wirelessly thanks to the radio connection.
