Server log files
You can visit our website without providing any personal information.
Every time you access our website, usage data is transmitted to us or our web host / IT service provider by your Internet browser and stored in log data (so-called server log files). Use of the e-mail address for sending newsletters
We use your e-mail address independently of the contract processing exclusively for our own advertising purposes for sending newsletters, provided you have expressly consented to this. The processing takes place on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR with your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by using the corresponding link in the newsletter or by notifying us. Your e-mail address will then be removed from the mailing list.
Your data will be passed on to a service provider for e-mail marketing as part of order processing. Your data will not be passed on to other third parties.
Cookies

Stored customer data on measuring devices
We hereby expressly point out that the object data stored in the measuring device that is sent to us will be deleted. In accordance with data protection regulations, we are not permitted to view, save, read or send this data back to the customer (device owner).
YouTube
Our website uses plugins from YouTube, a service operated by Google. The operator of the pages is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. When you visit one of our pages that includes a YouTube plugin, a connection to YouTube’s servers is established. In this process, the YouTube server is informed about which of our pages you have visited.

Use of Google Ads conversion tracking
We use the online advertising program “Google Ads” on our website and in this context conversion tracking (visit action evaluation). Google Conversion Tracking is an analysis service of Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland; Google).
When you click on an advertisement placed by Google, a cookie for conversion tracking is stored on your computer. These cookies have a limited validity, do not contain any personal data and are therefore not used for personal identification. Data collection of the Google Signals
Google Signals is a feature from Google that enables cross-device tracking by using data from users logged into their Google Account for personalized advertising and analytics. Visitor data from Google Analytics is linked to Google data from accounts of logged-in users who have consented to such linking in order to receive personalized advertising. Google’s data may include the end user’s location, search history, YouTube history, and data from Google partner websites. Use of the Google Tag Manager

Use of Hotjar

Data economy

Data subject rights and storage duration
Duration of storage
After the contract has been fully processed, the data will initially be stored for the duration of the warranty period, then in accordance with statutory retention periods, in particular under tax and commercial law, and then deleted after the period has expired, unless you have consented to further processing and use.
