Gas load test with the DPG02 TOUCH

The load test is a prescribed measurement in accordance with TRGI for newly laid natural gas pipes (at 1 bar). The measurement is explained here step by step using the DPG02 TOUCH.

Step by step

How the measurement is carried out

Enter object / customer and inspector
Fitting the single-pipe meter cap
Connect Y-hose and test hose to DPG07
Menu: “Load test Long-term pressure measurement ” and click on“Load test” and “PUMP”
Tap“START” as soon as the test pressure of 1 bar is reached
Automatic measuring sequence starts (5 minutes adjustment time for pressure equalization and 10 minutes test time)
Measuring device beeps and test report is printed out automatically
Print out by clicking on the printer symbol

Note: The leak test is carried out after the load test.
